While in the bus, during gallops i'm usually in a terrible pain when my boobs jump up and down during gallops due to Nija bad roads. There was a time i yelled at the bus driver to take it easy na and stop driving into portholes. Seeing me scream, you go think say i beg belle but for where? Immediately after my menses comes, my breast goes back to its original size and the pains stop as well. If driver like make he do jangolova with the bus inside the worst port holes, i never complain.

  29. My own problem here now is menopause problem/ combined with menstrual things.
I am having periods, but very uncomfortable and also signs of menopause is evident now with me.
I wish I could just have the hysterectomy (womb removal) done immediately!!!
I begged and cried for over 5 years nows and since the last time I had a 2nd fibroid surgery removal here in Canada. But unfortunately the doctor(medical service) specialist for the laparoscopic (non incision/ skin cutting) surgery is not available here easily to me where I live now in Canada, unless if for serious medical necessity. The only womb removal they do here is the one with tummy incision, and I don't want that! I am 47 now, so I guess 3 or few more years to go with this (menstrual) nuisance before it's over...yeah!!!

Please Stella when r you gonna do section/ thread for single, successful, mature, happy older women like me? Not beggy...beggy / desperado things...oh please ah begi!
Women like me living their best lives now, and aging gracefully without any man trouble, or home/ family trouble...THANK GOD!!! A platform for sharing info & wise knowledge, discussing common issues & who knows networking one day maybe?
I am going soon on my summer vacation next week to travel to Belgium, Luxembourg and France, spending quality time with my kids...especially favorite one..grandson & me having a good time with them. Enjoyment Grand mama things.
    God is control!

  30. A is extremely annoying and not funny at all.
B is constant for me. It comes as this sharp pain and lasts for about 8-12hrs and I'm fine afterwards. On the flip side, it helps me keep a definite tab of ovulation days as e go always show.

  34. None, I ussd to have ovulation pains but I went to the hospital and discovered that the pains were as a result of early stage of cyst. Right now I no longer experience ovulation pains.

  35. For those who experience neither, you are of the lucky kind. Some are usually hospitalised when they are on their period. It's that terrible for some.

I've come to realise that sugar directly or indirectly has an effect on menstrual pain.

When I started my menses, I never knew anything called ovulation pain but menstrual pain was regular. It was when a mate of mine in school was talking about it that I got to know about it and years later, I started experiencing it. At times, it's negligibly mild and at times it's intense but bearable.

When it comes to menstrual pain, I've devised a trick to curtail it, which I discovered accidentally. A week before the visitor comes, I blend an onion bulb, heat it up for 5 minutes to get rid if the unpleasant onion taste (trust me, the taste is unbearable), mix with lime juice and drink up!

I do this at my discretion for 3-5 days and even when I'm on and I feel little or no pain at all.

That's my own remedy for keeping menstrual pain under control. Also, this drink is a blood thinner. Onion is a natural blood thinner. For those that have chunky tissue coming out of their body during menstruation, this will help.

This is what works for me oooooooooooooooooo.
