      Exercise regularly.
      Eat right; mostly fruits & veggies.
      Avoid anything that would make you feel bitter.
      Avoid negativity of all kinds, even on this blog.
      Be a good wife to your husband and a good mom to your kids.
      Gbensh everyday with hubby.
      Don't join bad gang; even here.
      Don't comment negatively.

      False @mostly fruit and veg. It should be eat right and always add fruit and/or veg. We need protein and carbs to survive the most (in moderation.)

      It's mainly genes.

      I eat whatever I want in whatever quantity.
      I don't exercise, hardly sleep 5 hours each day let alone 8.
      I am 29 yet people at first glance always think am 18 except when I open my mouth to talk for a few minutes or when they see what I have achieved.
      So no secret, it's simply genetics.

      @16:23 😂😂 chai! So we plenty. Once I remove wig and makeup I look like a teenager. But then, my mum is 61 and if you dont ask you would assume shes in her 40s. Even doctors ask again to be sure shes not pranking them. So you are right @genes.
      I get really upset when one 22 year old wants to open their mouth and say nonsense, because they wear bigger sizes. However, i have learnt that your response/attitude puts people in their place.
