The rest na jara... ☺
As good as Jonathan Akpoborie was as a striker at the time, certain interests in the national team set-up made sure he never made it to any of the World Cups.
ReplyDeleteThat person is Julius Aghahowa putting on jersey number 17 not 11,He is standing between Vincent Enyaema (who is making his first World Cup appearance as a GK and his career took off from that game) and Justice Christopher.
That line up is against England in the last game of the group stage as Nigeria was already eliminated after losing their first two games against Argentina and Sweden,so Onigbinde decided to field some new players.
As in.... Jonathan's career though.... *sigh*
DeleteMake I no talk pass that one π
Okocha is there. Likewise Aiyegbeni, I think Babayaro is there too.
ReplyDeleteI'm not in my right state of mind right now, I can't figure out there names.
Martin Aboy, I will be needing your help for the first time.
My phone was destroyed and I just got a new phone but I can no longer comment using my blogger's ID. I'm not able to connect it to Stella blog either.
Please, come to my aid.
Thanks in advance.
