This is as good as it not being passed. Is this bill going to over ride the Nigerian constitution? The constitution says for anyone to be fit for president the person should be from 40yrs and above.So is the not too young in this bill below 40yrs..
DeleteI am soo particular about this because the same constitution that says in the death of a governor or president his vice takes over was manipulated when the supposed governor of Kwara died. Him and his deputy had won the elections but they had not been given the certificate. the constitution was found wanting there and they chose to run another election.
Hope when the young unexpectedly wins the election they won't come and tell us that the constitution said otherwise.
I know say I no get sense but make we think am well.
Which Kwara State? Which year? Stop false information please. The only time someone died DURING election was Kogi State. And he was yet to be announced as GOVERNOR so stop misinterpreting the law or putting out misinformation about something that didn’t happen
