Insiders say the Presidents daughter is presently staying in one of her Father in laws house and wil welcome her patter of tiny feet i Spain as opposed to the US which which was the Original plan but aborted cos of some in house Brouhaha......

    So there is not one hospital in all of Nigeria, private or public, that can handle her delivery even if there are complications? So is this article telling us that Nigeria does not have even one first class hospital in no part of the country? A country of almost 200 million people without any leading health facility? No government ever committed to ensuring even one first class hospital existed? It is her right to birth her child anywhere than she chooses, but when a child of the president of the nation has to go abroad to give birth, we are not talking about brain surgery here, just the birthing of one child, not multiples, such an action says a lot about the presidency and the patriotism of that family. Would it not be better then for them to import an expert ob/gyn or two and have them work on her at the local hospital, there are even notable Nigerian ob/gyn in the abroad, and some of the specialists in Nigeria could learn new techniques. But I am just a person with a laptop, what do I know about these things. May God help the average and poor ppl of Nigeria who need good healthcare.

      Women die in childbirth in every country in the world every year. So what is your point? Was she born in Nigeria? Were her parents born in Nigeria? Instead of well to do Nigerians feeling that better healthcare is elsewhere, why not develop Nigeria to the point where Nigerian healthcare is considered the best in the world? Fidel Castro under sixty years of communism and very little trade with any outside countries turned his country into a country of doctors and Cuban doctors are lauded the world over, Cuba does not have oil money and how many billionaires on the Forbes list in their country, so what more of Nigeria with oil money and billionaires from one end of the nation to the other, how much more can Nigeria achieve than countries with far less.
