ReplyDeleteInformation reaching me now is that Thomas Estate Ajah is now a shadow of it usual self since on Friday. All the boys disturbing the neighborhood with loud music from their car stereo, driving in convoy etc with coloured hair and blings (not my word oooo) are no where to be found. Heard the Estate has never been this peaceful.

And it’s really sickening to see that some people defend them, citing our looting leaders as examples of people that steal and get away with it. What’s wrong is wrong, you can not justify yahoo acts just because some useless people in power steal us blind therefore we should start the cleanse from them. This Nigeria sef don tire me. ReplyDeleteThat was how some yahoo boys in my estate will be parking anyhow and challenging the landlords on top am cos they thought they had arrived. A flat that can house four tenants you will see nothing less than 10 cars coming out from there. Their cars no de pass Camry, Honda and Mercedes. A parking space that can take two cars, they will just park anyhow and deprive others of space. Till one day one of them insulted one of the street owner’s wives and told her to do her worst. And not like the woman rented any place o them oh. They just leave their own compounds and park on the streets. The husband did not just talk oh. The next morning na police wake them up in their compound. See all of them coming out to beg the man claiming that their guy did not mean to be rude. Since that day, they all started maintaining their own lane and parking in their own houses. Maybe this new trend of catching them will sober them up a bit. Bunch of lazy guys. They don’t come out during the day but at night they move like owls.

Abeg the police are applying double standards in this matter. They turn a blind eye to the activities of the thieving and looting politicians who are the cause of this horrible economic hardship Nigerians are being made to swallow. The police even serve as bodyguards and errand boys to the looters but they want to jail Yahoo boys. While every form of crime is bad, the police should start from the top, yahoo yahoo is a consequence of the crimes against humanity being committed by the politicians.
