ReplyDeleteThis one na for Oyibo land. at 12 and below they were still minors, at 18 and above ,they r adults and shd have spoken up(2nd degree murder) , exhuming the corpse is another charge on its own. But I think dey will walk cos d case will b judged at d time of d murder. I don miss CSI and ID extra channel
