Beautiful Morning to you Lovelies...Na wah oh Buses, underground train and all are on another warning stroke again today....So i will be playing 'driver' today-..lol

Gon be a really beautiful day cos i got Sunshine is my heart, even though aint gon be no sunshine today..lol.

Need to touch some issues i saw yesterday.....

For the crayfishers photograph i talked about,I asked for photos to be able to identify that anyone got crayfish and i got them....what are you people talking about taking photos and suing, suing who for what?Did i post the photos?do you have proof that i have any photos? Some of you talk anyhow really!

I am not gonna be addressing any crayfish story again cos you people like to drag ish and that's not my kinda dance...I like to move on fast, especially when there is negativity involved..OMG OMG OMG I cant stand all this ish becos of crayfish........If not for wetin my eyes don see for this Blog,i prefer to empower with cash and move on........

On those i empowered to learn tailoring Mss aboki and co,I saw a comment inside yesterdays in house news that indicated they were complaining i didn't pay for 6 months for them to learn the course???...Really?I paid for a one month course for you and bought you sewing machines to perfect your skills, you could have asked a family member or a spouse to continue from where i stopped instead of complaining....The sewing machines were for the three of you to learn privately and perfect your skills..na wah oh...Complaining like i owe anyone anything here....Its been over a year if not two,so they are still sitting down one place complaining? They didn't do anything with what they got?DAMN!!!

....So disappointed in them...

SHAKING MY HEAD .....

Please if you know another Blog (There are several i hear)that is empowering people and you feel what i am doing here is not enough, please port today....or comment on other posts and move on.

As for BV Teejay that writes Teejays corner inside in house news...Yes his written English is bad and i advised him to use online to tutor himself and he is improving very well...
Those of always cussing him out and reminding him of how bad he is,I hope you are happy? He wanted to give up writing becos your words got to him some weeks back but i told him ''NO, KEEP WRITING TEEJAY...don't give up becos they say you cant,YOU CAN!''

What else?Make una have a nice day, make i find food eat before work continues....

Remember that nobody is perfect, that's why i am not harbouring any kinda ill feelings towards anyone..love is way lighter and i choose it.

Kisses!

  25. INTRIGUING HEAD OF HOUSE CHALLENGE
There was a qualifier challenge for the head of house in the day time. Then in the evening they moved to the arena for the final Head of House challenge for this week.(remember no nomination)
In the arena a glass booth (like a big box) is set, BBNaira notes are scattered inside and the notes were made to move around the booth really fast, they are to pick as much notes as possible to win the Head of House challenge, Alex was the first to enter the glass booth and the sharp babe collected as many BBNaira notes as she could.
Cece tried too. But biggie changed the rule to collecting only one BBNaira note. Alex and CCece did it again and picked only one so did others but Miracle couldn't even catch one so he was disqualified.
Now here is the twist, Cece, Alex and Tobi picked notes of same value so they had to play the game again and Alex won. See Tobi's face he was so happy for her, he gave her a standing ovation.
Now Alex picked a chance card and the content was intriguing:

“This Chance Card puts all the housemates up for possible eviction apart from the Head of House, one housemate nominated by Head of House and the housemate who was in the 4th position in the Head of House challenge”.

And guess what? Nina got the 4th position in the Head of House challenge.
And Tobi was picked by Alex. Therefore Alex dearie, Tobi my gee, and Nina the most belittled, made it to the finals leaving Cece, Lolu, Khloe,Miracle and Anto for possible eviction on Sunday.

  27. Good morning everyone. I had a wonderful sleep even though I found it hard to wake up at 6.00 and I woke up at 7.17 instead. Had my breakfast with coffee and milk and a apple since I have finished my cereals. I will have to buy them as soon I get a chance. This diet I am on is not easy, I only eat fruit at lunch and tea and another fruit at dinner, 4 times a week I eat vegetables and fish or meat but I'm slimming down and that is the important thing. Listening to gospel really helps, I downloaded some gospel music that I keep on while sleeping and listen during the day and I take time to read the word of God but sometimes I'm skeptical when I see some of what the apostles wrote. I strongly believe that some of the teachings they wrote them because of their culture and age they were living in. Like women not being able to speak in church or that is compulsory to cover your hair in church while praying. I don't cover my head and I speak in church and I don't think Im doing something wrong since God still answer my prayers. But in all reading the Bible bring me understanding and peace. Today I have to make some important calls to the schools I want to attend and choose the best one, later on I plan to read and make a list of my goals and make a budget because I've noticed that I spend carelessly. I'm happy that God gave me a second chance, I could have become useless but he redeemed and saved me. I'm forever grateful. Let me go and do some cleaning and take my bath. Wish all of you a wonderful day. Let this day be a productive and positive day for all of us. Please does anyone knows a cream for dark skinned people that tone and make you a shade lighter but doesn't bleach. My skin color is becoming dull, if I use cocoa butter I become darker. I'm currently using skin light and fair and white but I'm afraid that it will bleach my skin but I don't know what to use. I want a nice shiny chocolate color but not too dark. I had a dream where I saw Toke Makinwa and I asked her what cream she was using, she didn't tell me but someone in the dream told me to look closer and I saw that she had rushes, black pimples filled with blood and a skin that looked like it was about to fall of so I took it as a warning from God to be careful of bleaching because it can give you skin problems. If anyone knows a cream for dark skin people that tone and make your skin shine and pop out please recommend it to me. Don't recommend something I can buy online because my card is not working, something I can find in an African shop here in Italy. And also does any Nigerian or Ghanaian live in Italy, preferably ladies I would love to make friends, I'm Ghanaian and I also so would love for someone to teach me how to cook Nigerian food. So if you are a nice, godfearing, friendly person and live in Italy, precisely Torino comment under my post and we will arrange to meet so you can also teach me how to cook since unfortunately I can't cook😉. We could gist, become friends if you want and go to church together. Have a nice day my fellow blog visitors.

Very good for contemporary worship..infact if you get on YouTube you will see similar suggestions from others like them. Get into worship mode in the morning and I'm sure your craving for cigarette will keep reducing.

Even some things I know if i tell people i wont explain it well, when i write it out here it looks funny and interetsing cos i write it as it straight from my thoughts.
Also download the 'light bible'. It has a brown icon. ReplyDelete

    1. It cant Sir!

Wont even take it to lintel level not to talk of roofing..

A six bedroom is quite much and would cost a lot from foundation stage, not to even add the fee for the Labour depending on how many labourers you choose to use daily..

Your location matters as well, but irrespective of that;2M "can never" and "would never" finish a six bedroom with the price rate of building materials now..

You can simply start with the money, then be doing one or two things as your income rolls in till you finish..

      5000 blocks
      100 bags of cement
      4 tipper of sand
      1 tipper of stone
      Iron
      Roofing without sheet 350k

In all, he said it will build it without flooring and finishing. I hope this helps.

    6. My dear 2mil can't build 6 rooms ooo. Do u know how much materials cost? Cement, rod, wood, sand, chippings, all these na huge money now.
And then roofing sheet is another costly material, unless u want to use the old model tinker kind of zinc.

Anyway, let me allow the engineers in the house to answer you, but I seriously doubt 2mil can build a 6room bungalow?

I hope u are not including the fittings too, like toilet seats and overhead showers. Also remember modern houses now, the electric wiring is done along side the block work, have u considered the amount for wiring materials?

      I wish u goodluck dear.

    7. From my experience as a building contractor, 2million can build to the point of roofing without ceiling, it can't finish it. It will remain things like plastering, windows, doors and toilets, soak away. Let me also add that this 2million will do what I wrote if you already have a dry land, not swampy land that you will have to fill and do German floor before commencing construction.
      All the best.

But in the end the ones that fell on the fertile ground germinated and the seed that came out of them were much that the sower did not even remember there were others that did not fall on a fertile. So I am encouraging you to keep sowing focusing on the ones that fall on the fertile ground only. God bless you for your good works.

You are so narrow minded you can't even see how your positive behaviour can be used as a marketing tool. Please keep complaining. Your enemies don't even have to bother with you. You attitude is determining your altitude. I come to this blog as it fosters a sense of community that other blogs don't. It is not the most sophisticated but it educates, empowers and teaches. May God continue to bless you Stella.

    1. Pls, wch state in the east are you from? I'm from Anambra, born and brought up in Abia, have friends from Enugu and IMO but I'm sure I have never heard of a custom where is the bride's family that takes care of everything.

If it's dowry paying, I will understand if u guys are the ones cooking but even at that, it will just be a little event. But something as huge as a traditional marriage should be your husband that will be the major financier. Yes, you can help where you can, maybe some foodstuff or even buy your material and sew, but covering the entire expenses? Wooow. Like woooow.

    2. Which expenses fall on you? Your fiance is supposed to give you money to take care of your side, then you can now add your own if it's not enough. The way you people marry nowadays, I don't understand. And you say you at Igbo? Is your fiance a broke ass?

Later you will come and cry here that your husband left the home financial responsibility for you to carry, why won't he leave them for you when you show him you have money right frm the start, miss independent.

Tell him how it's done on it in Igboland, let him give you money to take care of your people. Or are you marrying a 'Y' Demon? Igbo men know how it is being done. It's only the other tribe that the woman's family will have to take care of their expenses and even some of the husband expenses. Good luck to you.

    5. Why must you foot all the expenses of the traditional marriage ceremony in your family part? You are 27 and so? Does it means you should lay a bad foundation for your marriage? If your husband is not capable, then wait till he is ready or do parlour ceremony according to what his pocket can carry. I repeat 'his pocket'. As you lay your bed, so will you lie on it. Marriage ceremony is just the beginning, the main marriage itself is coming and that is where you will see something. Maybe you have been doing things yourself before in the relationship and now you want to carry it into the marriage, I pity you. I pray you don't cry later.
I made the mistake of letting him know my income and also joining my money with his own for our marriage and till today I don't have savings of my own. He knows what I earn and we join money together to do everything. My mum doesn't get any money from me for months most times because my money is budgeted for something else every month. I also know what he earns.
If Internet had been rampant like it is today and I get to read blogs and Facebook groups like I do now, I would have known better. Infact I would not have married him at that time cos he was a little broke. Maybe I would have told him to hustle more, change his job, start a business or something before marriage and if he did not like it, we would have gone our separate ways, I was 27 too.
Since after marriage, we have been moving in circles, expenses are more than income, no tangible achievement except the two kids. All I can do now is to advise young ladies. I can't change my situation or it will lead to a break up in the marriage which will be bad for the kids cos I know he will never allow me to take them.

  39. hi stella good morning and thank you for the great job that you are doing. i would just like to say a little something about yesterdays chronicle people were so quick to judge that lady and i think its unfair, the men these days are very lazy and would use any excuse to not perform their roles in the homes. our mothers got married early partly because the men knew it was their job as the head of the home to provide. im not a house wife i work and im the one supporting my home.maybe its all this feminism that we are preaching that is making men feel like its ok not to have something doing but please lets stop judging women.a lot of women would probably love to be house wives if they could. stella please do a post where married people can come and share their problems so people know they are not alone in what they are going through. thank you and sorry for the epistle
