Good Morn yo people!
The Weather was so hot yesterday,i thought i was in Nigeria!....Now i have to start crying that i want the snow back oh..lol
I am thinking of doing a post that is for those looking for help to start small businesses.I wanted to do it yesterday and then i posted to today and now i just remembered that i forgot to announce it......
My only fear concerning this post is the double name,double name and double ID people....And then since the post is open and anyone who wants to help can contact the person,what if someone invests in someone and they use the money for something other than stated?

DeleteI'm late to SP. I woke up at five but I thought it was too early so I slept until 6, I smoke, went online and took my bath, then drank coffee and milk and a bowl of cereals. I'm broke now😩 until I receive my government allowance ( I live in a shelter for psychiatric people). Now I have to wait for the next government allowance which is 200 euros but I got to stop smoking is to expensive but I'm addicted😣. God help me. I received good news that before the end of the year hopefully I will move to a house in the city. I suffered from depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia but now I'm healed.Glory be to God. God works in mysterious ways because if I hadn't fell sick I would have been homeless but now I have roof over my head and food to eat and small change. Now I'm about to apply to a course to get my diploma by next year June. Then I will study nursing. I have some old Italian family friends that are ready to sponsor me to nursing school. 2017 was terrible, I thought I was lost with no hope but God showed me that I can change my story for the better. I'm grateful. In 2022 by God's grace I'll be done with my studies and start working. Then the government will give me a house where I can live alone or I can rent my own house but I will take advantage of the government help. God turned my mess into a blessing. I'm writing this to inspire someone out there. I had mental illness, almost become a prostitute, almost raped, disregarded and left by my old friends because I was a nobody with no future coupled with mental illness but my Saviour lives. He changed my story, he healed me and blessed me and now he is helping me build my future step by step. I'm getting closer to God and my faith is growing. Those who thought it was over for me are unhappy and struggling. Through the sickness God eliminated the bad seeds from my life and I know he will replace them with positive people that love, cherish me, inspire me and support me in good and in bad times. If I could make it thanks to God, nothing is impossible for you. There will be times when you will feel like all hope is lost, like your friend and those you know are moving forward while you are stock, you will fell like giving up, you will even think of ending it all, you may even lose your faith but pray. Cry to God no matter the pain, the guilt, the shame , the anger, cry to God, he will answer you. He will create a new way for you. You will raise above your circumstances and those who know you will regret letting you go, they will be the one saying they knew you. Own your story even if you feel ashamed so that no one can use it against you. I wish you the blessing of God in your life. Now I need to concentrate on my studies and be the best in my class. If God gives you another chance you have to give the best. I have so many projects for myself and I pray that God directs me to choose what's best for me. Now I'm focused on building myself but I know God will send me also a good husband and I will have a happy family. You can have it all if you have faith. Pour your heart to God, cry, shout, beg because the bible says if we knock the door will be open, if we ask we will receive. Believe and be strong in your faith in Christ. Without God I realized I'm nothing. The devil will attack you countless times because he wants you to become useless and he wants you to lose faith in God so that he wins your soul but don't give him chance, rely on God. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and ask for forgiveness of your sins and start afresh. You are a new creature in Christ. God promised in his Word that he plans to bless you abundantly above all you could ask for. Believe and he will do marvelous works in your life. May the peace and blessing of the Lord be with us all.

Avoid stomach fat by not eating too late. Have salads (fruit or veggie) at night if you're hungry, the right dressing is good way to get your calories up. Also Make smoothie your best friend and add protein powder into your smoothie to Make it richer. A good way to take in fruits and veggies is by using Peanut butter as your dipping sauce. Peanuts are very affordable and contain high protein. Eat every 4 hours when you're awake and avoid junk food or processed food as much as possible.
@Anon 08:16 Bros, gaining and maintaining healthy weight is as tough as loosing access weight and keeping it off. You don't want the fat in the wrong places either. DeleteEhen.... also check eating triggers. What makes you eat and what makes you not. Eating triggers aren't only for overweight people, underweight people too have them. E.g. for me I find that if my day is unproductive (say I have unfinished task) I feel like a waste when i put food in my mouth. That means if I don't complete my task by 4pm I would not have appetite. I would end up eating once or twice at most. Which isn't up to what my body needs to maintain healthy weight. You get? So check the things that make you not feel like eating cos you MUST eat. Never skip breakfast and if you have a stressful day have heavy breakfast.

Morning lovelies,issa cold Sunday,d joy of d Lord is my strength, read thru d sleeping angels last night and wow... It is well with all great mothers,a colleague once had miscarriages like 3times back then in my formal place of work, it always comes down like seven months,d experience na die cos to console her self no easy but when she had d forth,a womb was tied in d hospital from d 3rd months and was loosened around 8months plus,to the glory of d Lord,that was how she carried d baby to term,she will be 4years by July ,it is well with us all,no one should experience that,not even one's enemy

Honestly, I was scared. Went to the hospital, ran some tests and all came out negative but the symptoms was still there. Called my mum and she simply told me to massage my neck, stop taking cold drinks and buy sanitary pad for Aunty Augusta. Well, it worked! Mama Knows All.
