According to a twitter user eyewitness report, A man "Babatunde Jubril" didn't show up at his marriage registry, leaving his bride-to-be in distraught.
I dont know whether this story is true but i have seen a case like this before where the man left the Country a day before but no one knew...This happens a lot!
