I have this friend and according to her,she has the baddest husband ever.
Truly sha this man had done terrible things to her.
So I will be at home minding my business and this friend would come and go on and on about how terrible her husband is, she would threaten divorce, separation etc.
And me being the good friend will start pleading with her not to leave him.
"Consider your children" "you guys live in separate bedrooms already " and she will be like the children will be fine. Lots of kids are being raised by single parents these days.
In the midst of all these threats I went to their house one day and saw her and her husband all lovely dovey. She was saying and doing things to him that me that didn't have issues with my husband couldn't do.
Na so I begin dey vex ,belly dey bite me, I couldn't wait to leave.
She saw me off and said "don't mind all those film tricks that just happened o. I'm just trying to make him feel good so I can get some money from him. Wetin we go do now we don marry we don marry."
I was too angry to reply her.
"Iye beji you dey vex?"
" Why I go vex? Na my husband? "
But truly i was angry. I got home still angry I had to try and reason out the anger.
I mean I was on my own, when she came to tell me all this awful things about her husband and I got mad at him and before my anger could subside they were kissing and playing romance in my presence and this made me to have bad belly towards them.
But after a while I realized my feelings weren't healthy and decided to let go.
So when next she comes with complaints regarding her husband I just play along.
"No man is perfect, Marriage isn't easy, bear for the sake of the children"
I'm done taking paracetamol for their wahala, I'm done having bad belly for anyone.

Hmmm....why complain and spoil her husband's image to you? Your anger was because of how she painted the man. It is not always what it is.

"bag of salt". A woman will never tell you what she did to her spouse; what
she said with her mouth. She won't tell you she called him "castrated dog",
. She won't tell you about the things bought for her etc.
she will only tell you about the things that will make you have sympathy toward
her.
