  1. What type of situation have we found ourselves in this country? Why is it so difficult for a sitting President to protect everyone irrespective of your tribe or religion? If these herdsmen were from the East, South or West, we would have heard of stupid operations with ridiculous names. These herdsmen need to be stopped. They have killed too many. Where are all these so called people with powers in this country. They need to send the herdsmen to sleep. Too much insecurity. Haba!!

    1. Benue is now the new Borno. The Governor can't handle them, the police, army and soldiers can't withstand them.
Even the president have no power over them... Please tell me why people won't relocate out of this country out of fear for their lives,!

    2. Exactly what I was saying few hours ago in the spontaneous post. The reckless and excessive impunity with which these killings are been carried out, one will be left with no other choice but to believe the federal government has a hand in it and know more about this people. Nigeria undoubtedly has become a failed state.

    1. That is the insincerity of this government. TY Danjuma said it all about the military collaboration with this herdsmen months ago, and now the picture is getting more clearer.

  6. Benue government should mobilise the youths and state village vigilante Security Service.. That way, they would be at alert when strange faces invade their territory and inform the police.

That is what Anambra government did and peace was restored.

  16. Too much innocent blood in the land. Which way Nigeria? Where do we go from here? How can a mother eat her young? Is Nigeria now a failed state? Too many questions SMH.

As an ordinary citizen I feel so guilty writing RIP on all these avoidable deaths, they're my follow citizens too. Do those in power actually feel anything, or they're just too far removed from the reality of things.

  18. They are terrorists simple and until the federal government labels them as such the they are simply following the ostrich approach.
Benue people never begin to arm themselves with cutlass and heavy ammunition? They better sit up unless they want to be wiped out the surface of the country. Them never share the security operatives amongst themselves finish so e fit not reach all the nooks and crannies of the state.

  20. All persons of conscience and goodwill should be deeply saddened by these daily killings of fellow Nigerians by the Fulani terrorists/"herdsmen". Even more, they should be shouting out from every roof top and calling attention to this ugliness and unspeakable disregard for the lives of innocent babies, women and men. Undoubtedly, the psychological toll/aftermath will leave all of us, the so-called witnesses, weakened, if not already. So we ask again and again: To what gain is all the butchering of peace loving Nigerians by Fulani herdsmen/terrorists? QED@ALLTRIBESMATTER
