A WORD FOR THURSDAY CHRONICLES POSTER
Dear Stella,
Please keep me anonymous and forgive my typo. I want to advise the lady seeing snakes in her dream and being rejected by people. My story is a bit different but it has a lot of similarities. I will go straight to the moment I started overcoming cos that's what you need.
My only saviour was/is the word of God and that's your only saviour too,not the many deliverance sessions not your pastors but you and your bible,read it cos your life depends om it. You need to totally surrender your life to God and ask him to give you the gift of revelation ie to open your eyes to see deeper truths in his word. I prayed Eph 1 vs 19 -23 every three hours for a while and thought nothing happened but it did and am still enjoying the fruits.
If you dont have revelation while reading the word the truth is you wont enjoy it and wont be able to tap/understand a lot that it says. I will start you up with these verses. You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free ,John 8 vs 32( not deliverance but the truth) that truth is in the Word. I am the way the truth and life,John 14 vs 6 Jesus is truth and the truth is in the word. He is truth in the word and the word in the truth.And the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us,John 1vs14 .The word of God is alive and active sharper than the sharpest two edged sword Heb 4 vs 12 it is able to destroy even the hardest obstacle If you believe.
He will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed upon him Isaiah 26 vs 3 this verse works every time,you only remember your problems when you take your eyes of God and the scriptures.There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it 1cor 10 vs 13 when you are in Christ you will see how true this scripture is. The last and most important is that the devil is a liar and there is no truth in him.John 8vs44.
This means there is no truth not a single one in anything he says or does and yes the devil speaks, through dreams and in your mind, he reminds you that nobody likes you and how nothing can work for you remember as a man thinketh in his heart so is he ,Prov 23 vs 7. You need to renew your mind Rom 12 vs 2 through the word and fight the battle in the mind,when he says something contradicting the word speak out loud and remind him of his place lam 3vs 37who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it.
I have a lot to say. I have been through a lot of attacks(where I feel pressed down to my pillow in what looks like a dream),really bad dreams which am no longer bothered about cos it contradicts the word ,it has since lost its power over me,episodes of fear( visibly shaking in fear because am alone at home) but in all I have learnt that the devil's main tool is fear and fear itself is a spirit.
God has not given us the spirit of fear 2Tim 1 vs 7. You were born for this and you need to fight,if you kill your self you will go to hell and face another torment. The word will bring light and light will dispel darkness. Light and darkness can never unite. Everything you need is already available in Christ,reach out and grab it from the word.
Your deliverance is in the word,everything has been paid for by Christ Isaiah 44 vs22 Denounce the devil and mean. You have the authority.

I wanna give a shout out to Stella, and this ain't no ass kissing. I “almost” had an issue with her earlier today based on a comment I made on SP this morning, but wasn’t approved for posting.
I was a lil furious at first, being that my comment was not offensive, derogatory, or ill-advised. That being said, I decided to place a call to her. In all honesty, I became an instant fan. She took her time to explain why she didn't post the comment, and I totally understood. She didn't have to explain Jack to me if she chooses, it's her blog and she can whatever d he’ll she wants. And if d “tin” pain me, make I go create my own blog. Nah, she absolutely did not take that approach, and I thank her for that. For d record, one's manner of approach does matter. If I had called feeling entitled, I probably would've had it give to me in ways I wouldn't like.
Brings me to my next point. It's easy to come on d blog, read posts and comments, get entertained and not have an idea what it takes to run a blog like this. My “comment”, which wasn’t posted was actually from a good place, but would've totally sent d wrong message, and might've encouraged some people with bad intentions. That being said, always exercise patience, listen, get to understand someone else’s point of view before going for d jugular.
Now, to d BVs I'm fond of: Olivia Silk, Chikito, Doppelganger. I don’t know them personally, but from their comments, and I've read quite enough of them to know “their head dey there” lol. FORMER DRUG ADDICT CRIES OUT
Good day ma, i can say now that i have learnt my lesson. I really really need help ma. I am a drug addict, yeah, i cant do without TRAMADOL. I am the second child out of 3 children. I started using
drug when i was in ND1, it was introduce to me by my friend and i took interest in it. I decided to stop but i went back 3 weeks after. It now 3years and i just cant stop wanting it.
April 1, i told God i want to stop and he is been helping me. Till this present day, i have not taken any hard drug. Last week, God surprised me, i got a teaching job and am to resume on Monday 30th April.
The first problem is that, i have no wears. The management gave me dressing code and I taught i would be given dressing allowance but it a NO. Pls STELLAR and BV, pls even if it is used male cloth, i will accept. I don't have any fund and i don't want to loss the job.

My plan is that the first house I will build my next of kin will be my first daughter and it goes in that order. Though I haven't told hubby so.
But now hubby I were just discussing on when we buy stuffs and he said I will have to put my first son as next of kin cos the first child is a girl and she would get married some day and I don't think that's how it should be.
And it will be injustice to my first fruit but I did not say anything to him cos whatever I disagree with him he will say I'm disrespecting him, I'm not loyal and that I'm dragging shoulders with
Him and he won't provide anything in the house again.
I didn't say anything but deep down in my heart I know it's how I'll do it.
I want to know if I'm wrong cos I don't see why a girl child will be cut out cos she'ld get married some day.

The truth is in Africa people don't like to give their daughters gift because they feel when she marries she will use that gift to bless only her husband and her newly acquired family.

Personally I think it's better to gift a female than a male because most young of our generation have entitlement mentality of since am the boy of the house therefore my parents will leave all their properties to me and so I dont have to work hard...whereas a female knows that she's living the family to someone else's house and so she hopes for nothing most times.

I think nothing wrong about your daughter being your next of kin if you ask me but that shouldn't be a thing to create some trouble.

If your husband want to leave something for your son because he is male let him build a property himself and make him the next of kin. Try to leave proprieties for all your children starting from the first born. I hate this backwards mentality that female are not entitled to nothing because they will get married. Won't the sons get married too? Abeg Madam go on with your plan and make sure there is no division between your children so that they may not end up fighting each other when they grow up. In my family we are 5 girls and the eldest is a boy. My mum trained us all and give us what she thought was the best while studying the character of each of us. When she saw how my eldest brother was irresponsible he put my sisters and I as her next of kin on her properties. May father couldn't say anything because he did not contribute a dime in building the properties. Most of the time females are more level headed than guys and more trustworthy if you bring them up in the right way.

My parents made my eldest sister (and she's the 1st also) the next of kin on everything because she's damn too responsible and she has never put them to shame and none of us has any issue with that.

ReplyDeleteThanks so much anonymous for those words and advice put up there, truth is that I don't seek anyone validation or to be in any one good book its just my kind of way and nature. When I speak up for some persons or come in their defense, I am being called an ass licker but if I sound bitter and rude just as they do then I ain't any ass licker. Yes I know I have some difficulties in tense but is that enough reason to be ridiculed? What then have you achieve if the best you can do is to laugh and make mockery out of it. Would you prefer seeing me having same mistake over and over again simply because you chose to be irresponsible to peoples flaws. Yes I have great passion for writing, I have been working on myself as Stella recommended and is a gradual thing you know and with time I believe I will get better so I see no reasons people can't correct in love. Even with the harsh attacked I still take the corrections in good faith. Thanks again for your concern and I guess you were the same anonymous I replied to in my comment in the spontaneous post this morning, sorry if it wasn't what you had expected.

DeleteRalu, Microsoft Word cannot do any good for him cos he doesn't spell wrongly. He only has problems with tenses and M. Word does not correct tenses, it only corrects spellings. He needs someone to tutor him on the right tenses and the right choice of words to use.

I read in a news few minutes ago that the Benue youth has killed over 27 Muslim and burnt down two mosque in retaliation of the christian worshippers killed during the week. Things like this got me wondering and asking how did we get here? What has happened to human conscience? How long are we going to continue like this? Why this unabated carnage? Has the government become this weak? Where do we go from here? So lot of unresolved issues springing up now haunting the very foundation of Nigeria unity. I weep for my country Nigeria, whom have we offended to deserve all this? How the once mighty giant of Africa has fallen. So shame and disgraceful.
