      What if it wasn't ivf? How sure are you she did ivf? Or that she did and it did not fail? And then it happened naturally? Because they are twins? Are you saying twin birth has to do with ivf

      Just thank God and move on is my point and don't comment like you are the doctor who carried out the procedure for her
