Nature has this calming effect, I have to agree. I served on an island and the evenings we'll go by the bank of the river and watch the sun set, and the waves and the locals with their boats and crude sails, its always enchanting and peaceful that you won't want to leave.

The list of places I went during my DEEP DEPRESSION DAYS, unilag lagoon front, just seat watch d ocean,listen to d sound of birds and cars on 3rd mainland, Normally drive to Opebi or off Allen anytime am on d mainland, just park and take a walk, Lekki reservation center, lovely but scary sometimes, Vgc park, the best place to cry and d birds will carry ur sorrow away. My friends called me all sorts of name,they didn't understand I was trying to find myself back. Lost my job, got duped, got dumped,the list just spans on at 45yrs....then Lonnnnnng drives, most times on BRT,Then praise and worship at COD. I was cured. I pray no one I know shd go tru depression... It eats ur soul away
