ReplyDeleteI don't understand him. He supports fight against Hate Speech and yet he is against the law against it. Was it not on the floor of the Senate that the bill was Unanimously passed? Is he no longer part of the Nigerian senate? Why didn't he speak against it in the Senate?
ReplyDeleteIf I remember correctly, the bill aims to punish any hate speech that leads to death of people.So how does that affect free speech?
Many people were against what Nnamdi Kanu did, as it led to death of some people. I love the awareness he created, but his hate speech against other tribes that almost led to cataclysm, spoilt his struggle.
Correct talk. Shehu Sani is a rare specie. He speaks the truth so fearlessly all the time. I just hope the dictator(s) we have in this country will take heed.
