I am happy to announce to you that On Monday the clock in this part of the World will be moved one hour forward...Meaning that time of all posts will change...I will not touch the time i post but posts on your side will appear one hour earlier....Spontaneous posts will appear 7am instead of 8am.....
In house news will now be 1pm and so on and so forth...
The idea behind spontaneous post is early morning rant/journal/talk....So between 7am-8am is perfectly OK if you ask me...

Those of you who run businesses that help people acquire skills,how expensive are you and what kind of businesses? I personally think there are too many tailors and cake bakers..what other kind of skill is there to acquire?
BV Droyalty opened a small provision store with the giveaway money she got and she is doing really good and she is really busy now and i am really impressed with her efforts.....Mightily impressed also with those who have bothered to keep me abreast of their successes...those who inaccurate stories of what they did with the monies they got from me and others,na una sabi.
I wish everyone success really.
I got another mail and this person says they want to commit suicide soon because of hopelessness and Joblessness and need someone to talk them out of it....I freeze when i get these mails and have stopped replying them cos of the effect it has on me and most times cos i think some people use it to press my mumu button.
However i cannot ignore totally so i am asking anyone who feels up to counselling someone who wants to commit suicide soon to mail me so that i can forward the mail and email address that came in last night.

What else?A BV who married in December is still not deflowered by hubby because according to her anytime she remembers the horrible stories she was told concerning being disvirgined, she freaks out and refuses.....So i am supposed to call her today to give her a lecture on relaxing and doing it and i dont know what to say....God help me but i will make that call today....LOL

Left the house yesterday, unlike the usual Me, I did my daily check on the car. Water, oil, fluid Etc....
Drove to my destination, parked the car and ddnt use the car through the day as I did my run around with my friend.
Towards evening (say 7pm), I went to meet my sister at her friend's party. Nice event and all 😊.
Later that night (10.30/11pm), we left the party.
Everything was fine then getting to one of the most dangerous routes in Abuja (between citec life camp and fed staff clinic), I started perceiving a smell. I wasn't sure so I turned off the A.C, put off the radio to "concentrate" on the smell, still there. I asked my sister if she percieved anything, She confirmed it but said might be the car beside us. Ok, after a while it stopped or so we thought then just as we were relieved it wasn't ours, it started again. As I was thinking bout what to do if it to speed or What, the stepped on the speed bump and my car stopped. I tried and tried, was even scared ofbkilling the battery. I could only manage to get it off the speed bump. It wasn't coming up.
Just then we noticed smoke coming out of the bonnet.
I put my hazard light. Opened the bonnet from the car. Couldn't dare come out cos the location. I knew there was trouble. 2 young girls on the road.
Let Me explain the road. Single lane, Bush to your left, Bush to your right, no single street light, no police anywhere. Cars were coming sparingly of cos no one stoped.
I locked my door. We called dad. When we said out location, first question, any police in sight we said negative. He said he was coming with the driver with water (we all thought, over heating). Heard my mom shout, pls don't come out, put your glass up and other things that made it more scary.
Just as we dropped the call, we went to our HEAVENLY FATHER. Short prayer, One request: Lord let this Car take us home safely.
Then I tried again, the started one time, I ddnt even close the Bonnet it wasnt opened completely, just from the car. Was too scared to get out. Few minutes later, we were home.
My Parents couldn't believe it.
Might look like a small thing but tell you What, My friends sister's car spoilt like that on that route in the day time, she called her Mech and her family few mins later, she was missing and wasn't found till months after. She was a more experienced driver.
Countless stories bout that route. No accident, no stories, nothing. I came home safe.
Thank you God!!!

ReplyDeleteI read yesterday on the proposed amnesty to be given to boko haram terrorist and I shake my head in shamed and ask, who did this to Nigeria? who has bewitched us as a people? I think and understand better now that, there are beneficiary to all this abduction saga which I have always known and believe to be scam. The group of murderers who has cause lot of damages in this country and are internationally recognized as a global threat and terrorist and been given millions of naira all the time in guise of a swap deal are now consider for an amnesty that will further place them on monthly stipend, smh. Its so sad that only when you pick up arms in this country that the government will listen to you. A fail government and thwarted democracy.

Good morning. I got thinking about my life last night when my cousin was updating his wtsapp status with the pictures he took with celebs and videos of dangote's daughter wedding dinner.
ReplyDeleteI was determined to work really hard and give my children that kind of opportunity. My uncle( dad's elder brother) is a rich, educated and influential man in Nigeria. He got a single invite to the dinner, and since he can't go anywhere without his wife, he passed the invite to his first son.
That is what happens when parents are connecting their children. I am still on the bed thinking of my own irresponsible father that married a second wife and left my mum and her children.
Since my success is in my hands, I will try so hard to make it and give my children the life I didn't have.
About Mama Tee that was embarrassed by fake dollars. I do not blame you o because you're my kind of person. I am a peaceful and easy going person but i noticed that people cheat me a lot just because of that. Also, I hate confronting people just because I become a stammerer in such situations. But I have learned o, even if I will stammer my lungs out, I will still pour out my mind.
I bought a bag last year November from a particular shop. Two weeks later, rat ate some part of the bag and it pained me. Why that new bag out of my many bags. So, I took it to a cobler friend for adjustment. She told me that its possible they sell fish beside the bag store. So, I went there and I saw a fish seller just as the cobler had said. I didn't meet the particular lady that sold the bag but I saw her younger sis. This girl is not older than the student I flog in my place of work. My intention was to inform them of how to be careful so that they won't lose more customers. This young lady denied flatly and was shouting that I didn't buy any bag from their shop.
Well, I left and plan to go back when I see the lady that sold the bag for me. Then , this last week, I peeped out of the car and I saw this young girl, the lady that sold the bag and one other lady. I got down and gave them my mind. Then the young girl was ashamed because I even carried the bag with me. She denied denying that I didn't get the bag from their shop. And one other lady told me that they just started selling the fish; the fish that I saw three months ago. The lady that sold it for me was just begging me, she apologized and did the needful. I told them my mind through my slight stammering. How can a rat focus on just one bag out of the many bags that I have. I told them that rat has never destroyed my bag, so they should find something to do about their bags.
At least, they wont kill me but I got what o deserved to get. Just an apology. If they like, they should take the appropriate measures. The rat just destroyed a 6k bag. My point is matter what, we should find a way to give people our mind and take our stand. People love taking pur weaknesses for granted.

Yes o.Today issa baking day, i started early enough though waiting for one more assistant but I've done almost all the fry-frys as many bowls of marinated somethings slept in the fridge. Easter munchings in the making. I store for next weekend as we get an inhouse shindig loading. I'll bebusy u from Friday so now is better.
