Delete'Ekuru' and stew which has dry fish and pomo.
ReplyDeleteEkuru is derived from blended beans, a Yoruba food though I don't know where it originated from.
Wash your beans and soak for some time then blend to a smooth paste.Do not add anything as you for moi moi, just wrap and cook plain.
For the stew, scotch bonnet pepper(atarodo) and long pepper (tatashe) with onions blend but make sure its not smooth.
Fry in red oil but don't bleach your red oil, pour your pepper with your condiment, add locust beans(iru, optional) add your dry fish and pomo.
Your Ekuru is ready.
Thanks
DeleteWill try it out.
Don't you add salt or oil for taste and texture? Please answer let me not cook rubbish.
DeleteHey Tnx for the recipe ll try it out
DeleteYou don't add anything to the paste @sweet mother, your stew will make up for it.
