    Ooni, please get your staff or the manager to be customer-friendly and pick up their calls.

    I and my friends were planning a local vacation and we called the number on your web without any luck.

    The first person I got through to said he was just the web designer(wonder what his number was doing there) and then redirected me to the manager's number.

    The man never picked.
