ReplyDeleteThe 5th amendment is part of the USA constitution not Nigeria law. Our police don't really follow with the constitution here in Nigeria with lot of human right abuse report we read and see everywhere.
DeleteAnonymous 09:24 even if its part of naija constitution they won't follow,a lastma official jumped into my car yesterday after unlocking from the inside himself because I wound down to talk to him,a few of us had to use the BRT lane on eko bridge cos 2trucks were slowly moving on the other 2lanes(they spot u from afar and cross the roads to the lane you have moved to)told him to get down and we can talk from outside or I'll get down too,he was saying how we were in the middle of the road and he had to jump in cos I could run away,I asked him if he stopped my car on the BRT lane and the evidence he had.after the 5min back and forth,he got down when he saw I wasn't parting with a kobo!
