He can't construct bore holes, skill acquisition centers, clinics and maternity centers or upgrade the schools in the community? They don't know the road to his house? The village youths don't know how to burn it down to the ground? Na their constituency money he used to erect it...the same punishment meted out to kidnappers mansions should also be used for politicians that do stupid stuffs like this. Thief na thief
