The Nigerian Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has sparked controversy on the Nigerian social media after he dressed nicely in native blue agbada and finished the dressing with an English Jacket....







The minister, was on a guided tour to Real Madrid Stadium, Santiago Barnabeu, Madrid, Spain .....
