Fallen Nigerian Soldier Uche Udeh Honored By Alumni Association

Uche Udeh, the young Nigerian soldier who was killed while serving in the North East of Nigeria was recently honoured by the Alumni Association of his Secondary School, Federal Government College, Enugu.




 Uche who enrolled in Military School after graduating from Federal Government College Enugu, later enlisted into the Nigerian Army in 2014. He was supposed to travel overseas for training in January 2018, before he died in November 2017.




The Alumni Association, which is made up of ex-students who live in different parts of the world united to give back to their Alma Mata and also support other charitable causes.

The young Uche was given all military burial honors, which was witnessed by His father. The Alumni Association also gave his father a cheque of N600,000 in honour of his son.




May his Soul Rest in Peace.

    1. What a shame. The guy just died for nothing. How can such a vibrant young man die for a country that doesn't give a hoot about him? More especially an Igbo boy. Shame on Nigeria.

    It will never be well with bokoharams. The armies are saying one thing, bokos are saying another thing. Dont know who to believe again.

    My uncle was drafted to North to fight @BH....Thank God he has been drafted again for training outside the country..It's not easy...I don't envy them soliders..But I dey chop their money wella..lol

  4. The North creates more troubles for everybody but contributes little or nothing for the good of us all. Talk about Boko Haram, illiteracy, endemic diseases, Almajiri pandemic, laziness etc. Little wonder our collective progress is being dragged backwards.
