Saturday After Breakfast Post

So...wetin you wack for breakfast this Morning and what is the nutritional value of the food?The word Keto seems to have vanished from this blog..una don taya?





today i mashed Sardines,mixed with spices and tomatoes and i used a little Olive oil to fry and then i beat in eggs and mushroom..O la la!

Oh I forgot,i put in the bread to bake today whilst i did all that....
Today's breakfast has the potentials to see you through the day and you will not get hungry.

What did you eat this morning?

  3. I took peppered noodles garnished with dried catfish and cucumber...so it's basically balanced.


    Currently drinking a cup of green tea.


    That reminds me....is boiled unripe plantains Keto?

    2. I miss boiled Odunkun "sweet potato", that they used to sell with suya pepper in those days. Don't know if they still sell it in Nigeria. Those women will put it in paper and cut it, then pour or do i say sprinkle dry pepper on it.

    Me I have not eaten!...
    I don't seem to have appetite for breakfast these days...
    I will make abacha with enough crayfish and smoked fish for lunch!...
    My children don't joke with abacha!...
    It's now our Saturday lunch thing!...

  19. Beans cake in steam, garnished with chicken protein (egg) , fish & dry tiny shrimps wrapped with green large veggie with blended sieved processed corn meal, with peak milk & sugar. Washed down with cold satchet warer...
