today i mashed Sardines,mixed with spices and tomatoes and i used a little Olive oil to fry and then i beat in eggs and mushroom..O la la!
Oh I forgot,i put in the bread to bake today whilst i did all that....
Today's breakfast has the potentials to see you through the day and you will not get hungry.

DeleteI miss boiled Odunkun "sweet potato", that they used to sell with suya pepper in those days. Don't know if they still sell it in Nigeria. Those women will put it in paper and cut it, then pour or do i say sprinkle dry pepper on it.
