A Blog visitor told SDK Blog ''Kaduna state government wants to repossess the lands we bought, and at the end of the day, the compensation is nothing to write home about, imagine getting a land for N400k and being compensated with N33k four years later, is this a fair deal. This means that the compensation money wont even be enough to get another piece of property Please ooo Nigeria judge this in your conscience''.

ReplyDeleteAll lands belongs to the govt, but the law is that compensation is based on expansion on the land, calculate what you have spent on the land based on developments on d land
ReplyDelete@anon12:35, thats what they say that all land belong to the govt, but den if you are repossessing these lands frm people who have already paid to be owners of the said land, then u shld pay them to be able to get another piece of property else wia not pay them paltry. 33k is hardly enof to feed in nigeria this days
ReplyDeleteThis is also happening as we speak in Ewekoro to the land I acquired. The government wants to acquire people land by force. Even lands that do not fall into the present plan they have. This is majorly for their own personal gain. May the wrath of God befall them.
