A man had his car partially submerged by the heavy flood after rainfall on Saturday, January 20 along Saint Saviour road in Benin city.
***It is not the rain but the roads....It looks like there is no drainage and the roads are HORRIBLE!!!...

ReplyDeleteThere's no good drainage system in the south west and south east. With little rainfall, everywhere will be flooded. The available drainages has turned refuse dump.
