This time Mr. Churchill has filed a suit against his ex-wife at the family court of Lagos State Magistrate court. He is challenging Tonto’s decision to feature their son, King Andre, in a reality show.
According to him, the aim is to exploit his son for financial gains, expose the life and times of the little boy at a period when he cannot make a decision for himself. He added that the production is entirely an adult content, which exposure is prejudicial to his son's growth and welfare.
According to him, the Reality Show featuring King Andre cannot be released or aired, either through blogs; television or the world wide web....
This is said to be the first step to be taken by Mr. Churchill towards protecting his son’s rights as captured under the Child Rights Law of Lagos State.
The actress is yet to respond to the lawsuit.

DeleteWell, he has a point to prove but the court has to determine whether the mum has as much right as the dad to determine what's fit or unfit for their child. This is against the background of the fact that she's being the primary caregiver to the child since the break up of their union. By effect, if she's been able to make the right decisions regarding his well-being all the while, court has to prove that this one decision will be unhealthy to the child's well-being.

I think it is totally wrong for Tonto to make such decisions alone. Moreso all of this exposure isn't too healthy for the little boy. From parental dirty fight in public to reality show.
