Story of a woman whose husband ended up marrying her younger sister that lived with them.

Patience got married to the love of her life Franklyn at a ripe age of twenty three and moved down to Aba to join him in managing his business of selling materials. 

The marriage was blessed with triplets – three girls. With the arrival of triplets they had to invite joy the younger sister to live with them to assist in taking care of the triplets. Joy was a teen, beautiful and hardworking. She did not give her sister much troubles but showered her nieces with love and care.

Patience on the other hand continued to assist the husband in running the business and they were doing well. She also delivered another baby boy and joy was also there to help in nurturing the boy. She was enrolled in secondary school and she continued to blossom in beauty and display high level of intelligence despite the stress of taking care of her sister’s children.

Franklyn, now a business tycoon who travelled and imported materials and sell back to retailers in Aba. Joy, later got admission to study business administration in the university and Franklyn was willing and ready to sponsor her.

Towards her final year in the university, joy was pregnant and she refused to give out the name of the man that impregnated her. When the sister could not unravel the truth of who was responsible. She threatened to throw her out because she’ was not ready to answer questions from the family members.

Joy, refused to bulge and Franklyn was not supporting his wife to make her disclose the father of her baby. It was then, patience invited her family members to help her get the truth out of her younger sister.

Questions were asked and joy told them that the sister’s husband was the father of her unborn baby. Shocked, the same man whom she called daddy is the one that put you in a family way? Yes. 

 Franklyn was asked ''what made you stoop so low to impregnate your sister in law''.

''I trained her from secondary school to university level with a degree in business administration. Then, how will I watch and allow another man to reap the fruit of my labour? Mba nu, she belongs to me. Can’t you see her beauty? She will also assist me in my business because she is more educated than her sister''.

That was how he paid the dowry and joy became second wife to her sister’s husband.

Some felt that joy must have been jinxed to fall for Franklyn because she is pretty and educated who will not have any difficulties getting a good husband for herself than her sister’s husband.
