I am a believer in Christ but I haven't gone to church in eight years.
I give my tithe to the less privileged (widows, orphans, strangers) and missionaries.
Jesus says that he has other sheep that are not of this sheepfold.
They too will hear his voice and come in and there will be one flock and one shepherd.

I wish ppl would really look at this objectively. Freeze is not saying not to pay tithes, he is more speaking about the USE of tithes by the church. As i always say, tithes are personal, yes. But if you KNOW and if you can SEE that your tithes are not being used for what they are supposed to be used for then my friends, you are equally as responsible for answering to God o. because he warned us and gave us common sense to choose between right and wrong. I work in the investment industry...if only people knew that the millions and billions they give in tithes are used to buy mortgages and stocks and bonds and mutual funds and back political parties. If only they knew. What does the church need all this for. Some will now come and say "is it ur tithe? I have paid..if the pastor or church likes, let them eat it". I laugh. U can tell that to man but not to GOD. Does the financial gap between church members and pastors even make sense???Forget that they claim to have 'other' jobs. Does the bracket just make sense. I just tire. Judgement day will have plenty surprises.

ReplyDeleteI give offerings for the healing of humanity, but no tithes to the church, I personally sponsor a needy child, and give donations to other charities. I don't make use of church services so they have no business with my money. Far as I see Christ was doing more than what any of these churches are doing presently, he was physically healing the sick and giving them a new lease on life, as well, he was opening their minds to a deeper spiritual knowledge and teaching them how to become one with the source of all, in doing all that he never charged them a penny for his services. Current church teaching is not anything like what Christ taught, probably because Christ was not using a Bible for his teachings. There are very few churches of today that minister in a manner equal to Christ, they are mostly all very far from true Christianity. If Christ was to return today he would renounce modern day Christianity just as he renounced what Judaism had become in his time.
Gullible people up and down, keep suffering and smiling whilst your god of men pastors keep basking in your foolishness ndi YES CHRISTIANS,they will say Amen to a curse as long as it comes out from their pastor's mouth.

I didn't pay tithe from January,so this month specifically on Sunday evening while I was meditating in my spirit, I hv this biz I m nursing in mind and thinking of possible way to get money to fund it. The holyspirit minister to me and said if u don't pay ur tithe,things will be tight.Then immediately I remembered a testimony I read online hw someone helped another and doors was opened.i still resisted the voice.Yesterday I went with my mum to her women fellowship and then I got the voice again.I Jt pick up my phone and paid my tithe.God speak to everybody if only will open our spiritual mind. Listen each month with he tells u to do with ur tithe.I hv use my tithe to help others.doesn't necessarily mean u have to pay it in the church.the important thing is pay your tithe.if u are paying it in the church, u know u r paying it for the advancement of his kingdom. Whatever the pastor do with it,its between him and God.judge not so u won't be judged
