      Yes wen Samsung 1st introduced TC. A friend of mine said she entered a cab and d cab man gave her his digits ( remb it was not an apps any other phone cld download then, it was only on Samsung) na so she dial nos. Baba Tunde show, she called out d name ,d cab man shocked, packed his car and started firing prayers and asked her to get out of his car, that she is a Ghost. Meanwhile na Night o.       The 1st person that registered the name is d name it will carry forever @ Orubebe. Remb few pple had Samsung then, so if for instant u gave me ur nos , being am d 1st person with Samsung TC app to register ur name, if I store it with goat. Na goat go show till u whenever. Thats how it worked then, I don't know abt now

    The issue with the true caller is that the name appears based on demographics and the name that it was first saved as for e.g I collect an INEC officer's number and I save it as INEC man true caller will identify his number as INEC man.
    Back to the matter, I went for a burial in the riverine area we boarded a boat to the place and asked the boat boy for his number so after the ceremony we would use him. After dialing his number the boy was amazed that we already had his number.
    I nearly wept, for a young chap not to know about such in this technological age. When would Nigeria evolve to a better nature.

    Pls how can I edit my name on truecaller? I tried editing it several times but it did not change. A customer stored my name with 'Goat meat' because I do sell goat meat to her.

      On the top left corner of the app, click on the three-lined icon there. It opens up a menu tab. Scroll down and you'll see "edit profile". Make sure your data is on and whatever changes you make will remain

      May not be cooked up ook @ Intelligentsia, a guy that sells curtain and bedsheet materials gave me his number, when I dialled it it showed " my love".
      I just yabbed him and told he n his wife were doing lovey lovey. I wonder what the case would ve been if his wife were there and "semi-literate"

    i know of someone , they wife was a friend of her neighbor next shop, she came to borrow phone to call and when she dialed her husbands number his name came out through true caller , and she was like , what is my husband number doing on the ladies phone, they lady told her what is she talking about. then when she ended the call she asked the lady to delete her husbands number. the owner of the phone didn't even know the gravity of what the lady was saying since she was busy working as a salonist, na her customers tell her say see wetin the lady the talk o. she sha ignored it, only for later in the evening the woman go bring her husband say the salonist the follow her husband come see fight, the salonist no no the man, the husband no no her o, na true caller comot him name o, see enough fight n exchange of words, the man shame catch am em just disappear from there.
