I'm kind of confused and I don't know what to believe. I know I have had my fears of being disappointed right from childhood(maybe its because papa died and left us). I always feel like the people I love will one day leave me.
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend swears that he loves me. I know he does cos he always takes care of me and pushes me to be at my best. However, dude has a lot of ladies around him due to the nature of his job(he is also a very approachable person). He never forgets to remind and show me how much he loves me. He even makes sure they(ladies) know too.
Now my problem is this, there is this particular lady who has all the attributes he needs( prays well, they joke well too. In fact she is he is type but not as pretty as I am and financially stable). She sometimes is his prayer partner something I frowned at when I heard it.
I pray for him too and I support him too the best way I can but lately I've been feeling like I might not be the perfect match for him cos I think I do not reach all the requirements he wants in a woman. His family adores me and(parents inclusive).
A couple of days back, I heard something this female friend of his was saying about him. She talked about how close they were and how he has helped her develop herself and how he sometimes jokingly asks her to marry him and she says laughs and says no. She talked about how I was lucky to have him and said she likes me for him too.
The thing is I'm nice to her cos she is a nice lady but I also feel threatened cos I think she is everything for him that I'm not. He swears that I'm all that he wants but I can't shake of this feeling that he is lying and that one day he'll leave like papa did.
He knows how I feel towards this said lady, yet, anytime he is with her, he makes me talk to her and I hate the way I feel afterwards. I need help
Do men just jokingly ask ladies to marry them?
I know I have demons, how can I fight them? Cos I swear he is the only man I've ever truly loved. I don't want to lose him.

I rmbr when I sent you a mail on the 23rd of Nov telling you I had just 10k in my acc that I have had for a long time without it growing & I intended sowing a seed of 5k. Plus how my biz wasn't moving too.
Well, I want to share my testimony with you.
I got a client from your blog who patronized my hamper baskets, her office ordered 10 hamper packs from me. God is wonderful!
Also, I had other clients outside the blog who patronized me as well.
I didn't expect to have more than 3 sales from my hamper packs when I started, but miraculously, I had more than 14 sales!!!
I had 5k after the seed I sowed, but today I have over a 100k in my account. I am truly grateful to God for remembering me & bringing clients my way. That was part of my prayer request.
Thank you ma for using your blog to bless me. Thank you for having a good heart. Thank you for putting my business meme up on IHN. Thank you for everything. Thank you for being a blessing to me, someone you don't know at all.

The new year preparations this year is serious over here. Today is family day for my Popsie side, I've been busy by the firewood corner scrapping roasted yam, potatoes and plantain. Chopping continues. Freshly tapped foaming palmwine is flowing freely. Pour for yourself, no serving.
Been collecting and freezing pawpaw seeds for cleansing later. The bacteria go don dey swim for our belle.

ReplyDeleteSometimes, I use chalk to clean my mistake but it later re-appeared.
So I began to use saliva, it worked, but only to leave holes in my books.
My teachers then used to beat me for being outrageously dirty. But all I tried to do was to cover my error.
One day, a kind hearted teacher who loved me so much called me aside and he said, " Anytime you make a mistake, just cross it and move on" .
He said further " Trying to erase your mistakes would only damage your book to nothing.
I told him in protest that I don't want people to see my mistake.
My loving teacher laughed and said " Trying to erase your mistake will make more people know about your mess and the stigma is for life".
Have you made some mistakes in life? Cross it over and move on.
Don't expose yourself as a result of trying to cover your mistakes.
Better things are ahead of you.
Strike your 2017 mistakes and move into 2018 with a fresh note.
