Miss Adamawa, Ehiguese Mildred Peace is the winner of the Miss Nigeria annual pageant organized by Dailytimes of Nigeria. She came top among 36 other contestants.
Miss Delta, Rita Chinedu emerged the 1st runner-up while The 2nd runner-up is Miss Ondo, Benjamin Anne Ufomanefe took the 2nd Runner-Up position.
The crowning of the 41st Miss Nigeria which held at the Eko Convention center Lagos, was hosted by Bovi, Ebuka, Olive Emodi and Lala Akindoju. Also, legendary music artiste 2face Idibia performed at the event alongside other top artistes.
Helen Prest-Ajayi who won the Miss Nigeria pageant in 1979 also appeared on the stage and shared insight into the original dream of the competition.
She added: When I was Miss Nigeria, there was no internet, no social media and there were no celebrities. Miss Nigeria was the only celebrity.
