Fact 1) Good that the Germans aren't trying to over up history, wish Nigerian govt will allow the Biafra war be taught legally to the public as part of our history so that miscreants can stop using it to cause mayhem with their conflicted stories of the war.

If only they allowed it to be taught through and through in schools, showed as historical epic films, not in bits as they cut off important aspects in half of a yellow sun, and not cover up the facts and embelish the massive genocide. History will never forget! Moving on fact 2. Still trying to understand the mechanism of that fall.

True @fact 1. One very thing affecting Nigeria is we never value our history. And as such, may repeat the same mistake that was made in the past.
DeleteNot only about the Biafra war, if documentaries about the beginning of Nigeria, the past leaders and constituition, the struggle for independence and post independence struggle can take out 3 days as a holiday for Nigeria and Cinemas nationwide, we will know how much we progress as a country and where we are getting it wrong. That's why some persons can easily agitate for war because they don't know what it feels like.
But then, what can you do when history is even made an option in secondary schools and the leaders themselves cannot sit to tell you about the nation they are leading.
