This is the best kind of Breakfast to have-Its not too heavy or too light!
The only difference is that i wont be having Coffee.....I swapped my Coffee for Peppermint tea for a while now because of the Caffeine.............The Coffee says it is Caf free but we know thats not true!
What did you/are you having for Breakfast?Are you one of those who eats Lunch things for BREAKFAST and still end up eating more than three times a day?
Abeg take am easy.
I am having 'Designer garri' for lunch..will put in some milk,honey,nuts and use cold water.
Shout out to those who swallow Eba or pounded yam and fufu in the Mornings!

I am taking porridge beans & plantain then with drinking garri made with cold water. Thought of it now just made me salivate as I wait for it to get ready. Who wouldn't mind to join me?

As we dey bake and cook, we dey chop. That picture up there is it but we're munching chicken nuggets and puff puff. No dining rules, just pour yourself a glass of hot choco and continue moulding flour.

DeleteThe condiments are very cheap but when your oven starts popping with "baked goodies" you'll love it. Give it a try and be smart to know how to combine fruits and veggies to avoid bloating.
