ReplyDeleteThank God no life was lost. Spend money to build house that will last, no, they prefer to build low quality houses that will collapse in months or few years time and waste their money. Mtchew.
ReplyDeleteWhen they'll lay foundation for 2 rooms and parlour and end up building 3 storey, what do expect
ReplyDeleteThat's their way all these Lagos Developer. Seeking for too much profit
ReplyDeleteI know this place. You see all those new building around yaba/ oyingbo axis ehn, na only God dey save person. There is one new house (2-3 storey building) close to adekunle junction that had visible cracks as at December 2015, the tenants moved out of the house during the festive period, and then the outer walls were covered with tarpaulin to look like it was under construction only for the flats to get occupied again in less than 2 months. They just did patch patch work and re-painted the house to look brand new to unsuspecting prospective tenants. I hope that building doesn't collapse and kill it's occupants one of these days.
