The teenager was delivered of the baby at Injita village, Munya Local Government Area of Niger State. The VP had allegedly slept with the pupil sometime in March this year, putting her in the family way.
The victim, who narrated her ordeal to journalists on Tuesday, said that she gave birth to the baby on October 28, after she was returned to her parents by her guardians in August. Faith said that during the period of the pregnancy, she and her family did not receive any assistance from the vice principal. She solicited help from the state government to enable her to continue with her education.
I am not happy that I am now a mother at this tender age; but I will not allow the incident to shatter my dream of becoming a nurse. I still want to further my studies because I want to be a nurse in the future. The teenage mother advised young people, especially girls, to be committed to their studies and report to the school authorities or their parents any form of abuse by individuals or group of persons.
In her reaction, the Director General of the Niger State Child Rights Protection Agency, Mrs. Mairam Kolo, said the agency had approached the ministry of education to give part of the vice principal’s salary to Faith on a monthly basis for the baby’s upkeep. Kolo also said the agency would file an application before the court for a DNA test to be conducted on the baby to assist police investigation and the court.
Checks revealed that Mohammed had been secretly transferred from GSS Tunga, Minna to an unknown school while the case against him was pending in the court. The Permanent Secretary of the state Ministry of Education could not be reached for comment on the transfer of the accused to another school.

*Oh Dear, see the pain and shock in her eyes!!!
See child abuse.
ReplyDeleteMay God punish this evil man.
DeleteThis just sent me back to my own experience.
My vice principal academics molested me and a lot of other girls in my schoool then. FGC Idoani I do state.
I was placed in the protective care of this man as a guardian, instead he chose to make my life a living hell.
Anytime I came to collect pocket money, or came to see him for anything he will squeeze my breasts, and make me rub is dick.
On several Occassions he would lock me in his inner office which served as a store trying to penetrate me, but he was never lucky as someone will always show up and interrupt him.
There was another classmate of mine, Rashidat very busty girl. He was also abusing her. I don’t know how far he was able to go with her though.
One time we vacated and I did what they call jonsing which means you are unable to leave on the day of vacation due to logistics issues.
I was forced to spend the night in his house in the staff quarters. In the dead of the night in his children’s room, he made sure I slept on a bed beside the door so once you open the door you can touch the legs of the person on the bed.
This man came in the night and put his hands into my pant. The way I screamed ehhh, he ran off.
When the wife came out, he said it was my scream that made him come out, I couldn’t even say anything. I was around 13years old then.
Mohammed Mohammed shame on you. PERVERT.
ReplyDeleteYou are a father and abusing your daughter mate. Shame
This is child abuse, the Vice principal should be sacked because he isn’t capable of being around children. This Is going to be a case of a child raising another child. This man has ruined her life, he deserves to Be locked up. I feel sorry for her.
ReplyDeleteAnd they cleverly transfered him to an unknown school to continue teaching children.
ReplyDeleteHa! God have mercy, a school which is suppose to be a safe Haven for a child is now connected with drama, that vice principal should be jailed.
ReplyDeleteThis is so wrong.
Shameful child abuse in collusion with the state school board that did that transfer.
