      Some people are born with dark knuckles. I am very fair but my knuckles are dark. I tried to do something about it and my mum told me not to waste my time because I was born like that. She brought a coloured picture of me at 2 and my knuckles were dark. I have a sister who is dark and has never used any toning cream because she loves her colour: her knuckles are so dark. This grooming doesn't look like he has ever bleached so don't insinuate.
