    This man does nothing in Enugu state well except his town Nsukka!..
    Thank God for Sullivan Chime that made Enugu what it is now...
    That town would have been a grave yard atm...

      Check the gigantic state secretariat in Enugu north this man abandoned the other part of the building, materials lying around and wasting away.
      The ex-governor was paying coppers 10k,this guy came in and reduced the money to 850 nira just imagine such wickedness,I keep doubting if he ever served cause he has no compassion for corp members,He loves food more than his life.mutcheeeew
