Breakfast And Lunch Post

Today's breakfast inspiration is pancakes and scrambled eggs with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and an apple.

To make heart-shaped pancakes like the ones in the photo, you will need:
Large metal cookie cutter or pancake mold (in your desired shape)
Fry pan
Cooking spray or oil
Pancake batter

Method:
Grease your pan and place it over low-medium heat. Grease your cookie cutter too.

Place the cookie cutter in the middle of your pan and hold it in place with one hand. Carefully pour your batter (about 1/3 cup) into it with the other hand, ensuring the batter is evenly distributed. Hold the cookie cutter down for a few seconds and remove your hand once the bottom of the pancake sets.

After about 2-3 mins, gently remove the cookie cutter, flip the pancake over and cook the other side for 2 mins.

Repeat this process till you have used up all your batter. Enjoy!

And our lunch inspiration is Egusi peppersoup and Eba

Egusi peppersoup is a Deltan delicacy made with ground egusi and peppersoup spices. When made correctly, it tastes even better than regular egusi soup. Enough said... If you know, you know!!!
