I don't know why you people think she has surgery done on her face when these makeup artist do signs and wonders. I remembered in my second pregnancy, I had a wedding and my face was beat so well that you had to look at my tummy to know I was pregnant as my swollen face was looking very slim. I was in my last trimester.
There is something called contour.. Try it and it see. Even the nose of yours you think is big will disappear in the hands of a good makeup artist.

That stiff butt? Nahh plus one doesn't need a makeup artist to achieve that "contoured" look. It's an easy peasy, even I who isn't a pro can do it well
