Firebrand preacher who is the president of the Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) worldwide, Apostle (Prof.) Johnson Suleman, was the ministering pastor, ably paired by the host minister, the RCCG’s Assistant General Overseer on Young Adults and Youths Affairs, Pastor Peter Amenkhienan.
The annual convention is targeted at raising leaders with character and integrity who will do the country proud anywhere in the world. It targets teenagers, undergraduates and the young at heart, and since inception, has helped to reduce unemployment and social vices among the youth.
Meanwhile, building on the 2016 edition, the Oracle of God, Apostle Suleman, who is also a product of Pastor Adeboye’s spiritual gift, was honoured to share the gospel at the 2017 edition tagged “Agents For Transformation”, aimed at ensuring a radical change among youths who will in turn transform their society.
Suleman did not disappoint, for he spoke fire into people’s lives at the massive gathering, connecting fire of transformation, exploits and empowerment to each soul that witnessed the crusade. “I come here to raise Ambassadors for Heaven. I come with Fire from God of transformation. He promises to raise people that will stand out in all areas of life and He shall do it here!” thundered the ‘Restoration Apostle’ as he mounted the rostrum to speak.
As he preached, Apostle Suleman, used the opportunity to share his personal testimony, one that presented the power of the gospel to his audience in a personal and relevant way. According to the man of God, he encountered God at the Redemption Camp of the RCCG nineteen years ago. He was on 90 days fast, and on the 88th day, he encountered God's servant, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and he was privileged to have Adeboye lay hands on him.
Suleman said that he shared his personal testimony because “your testimony can be a simple and effective way to share the good news of Jesus Christ. It can also help and encourage others who believe. Though it takes some boldness, it's something that every Christian is able to do. You are simply telling the story of how you came to place your faith and trust in Jesus Christ as the One who saves you from your sins. It's your story. You lived it, and so you know it well. And in telling it, you may find that God uses you to draw someone to Himself.”

I had an encounter with daddy Adeboye at the camp on Thursday's morning. Talk about a divine encounter! Divine because i'd seen in my dream just 2days before that morning, which made it the 3rd dream.it happened that I was driving round the camp ground trying to get an accomodation during the Young adults and youths convention with a brother in charge of accommodation for the event;at exactly 4:10am in the morning, I drove into the road leading to daddy's house, I had a nudge from the holy spirit to look towards my right hand side, lo and behold I saw daddy walking rather rapidly! I shouted, stopped the vehicle in the middle of the road and flew half-way out of the vehicle before shouting across to the other occupant of the vehicle "That's daddy G.O!". Apparently, he was having a prayer-walk,I ran past him and knelt down,so he said "God bless you" to me, I wasn't yet satisfied so I ran in front of him again and knelt down (with a perplexe look cos I was obviously interrupting his private time with God,which I didn't realise on time),so he looked at me this time and said "God bless you"! Yessss....its done! I met my prophet and I will never forget the time and date of this divine encounter i.e 4:10am of October 4th 2017. Thank you Jesus!
