would love this, I eat Jollof rice and bread sometimes, so this goes.
ReplyDeleteIt really is no big deal!! Try the burrito(mexican). Rolled tortilla filled with Spanish rice(like jollof, spiced meat, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Yummy!!
DeleteThis meal is a joke. Went down for a stroll one at Chelsea London where I stay and there is a road called North end road behind it. They had some sort of street fair and I saw a Nigerian stand. Decided to see what's on offer and to my greatest suprise I saw this mad dish being sold out to people. They had a flat bread wrap, jollof, some suya and the mad woman then put baked beans in it. The english folks were all ordering and the woman behind her stand was telling them this is a Nigerian speciality. I was shocked to the core and it was messy. These fake meals need to stop. Even if one is to be creative. Suya in a flat bread wrap with onions, tomatoes etc would be a good start.
DeleteSpaghetti sharwama would be YUM

ReplyDeleteWhat sort of disrespect is this? Jollof rice abuse!

ReplyDeleteExperience God in action.
It doesn't look delicious, jollof should be served on a plate. I don't understand why anybody would change it.
ReplyDeleteHow nutritious is it? Carbs and carbs? Wey the protein inside? Veggies nko? Can't get me! I'm a balanced diet babe 😊
ReplyDeleteprotein should be inside na, shredded chicken or beef, the Shawarma way.😉

ReplyDeleteNow people will come here and call it creative yet won't give mad people that same recognition.
