Hip-piscious Stella, good day. I got this from a friend and found it contained useful information on how one can balance the spiritual and the physical. Dunno where it falls under or if it's worth posting. Please use your discretion.

*BALANCE*

If you play a piano, play it to the fullest. Don't take us through the agony of listening to your cacophony in the name of "singing to the Lord". Skills are important. There is nothing rude with telling that sister "you can't sing, find something else to do in the house of God".

4. *Esther* received favor to become *queen*, but she also bathed and prepared her appearance. Preparation is key to becoming fit for the occasion. Get knowledge, go to school. Stop blaming auto-correct, check your spelling even here on social media. Prepare, because some of us expect nothing but the best from you!

SMELLY FEET

Stella. Plss help post this in Doctor section. I noticed something for a while now. I don't use shoes mostly cos I'm big sized so I only have two footwear,one slippers and one sandal and of course I wear it interchangeably. This is wear the problem comes in. 

Anytime I take off my footwear, it starts stinking seriously. This is really making me uncomfortable. Its not like I'm wearing shoe so I don't understand what could have caused the smelling feet and smelling slippers or sandal. Please help me house. Thank you
