The event is billed for the Golden Hall, Chelsea Hotel, Abuja at 11am.
Special Assistant to the Governor on Public Communications and New
Media, Lere Olayinka, said that Governor Fayose, in a letter addressed to leaders of the PDP, declared that his ambition to be president was without prejudice to the party’s position, but in the overall interest of the party and Nigeria.
*The idea of Fayose as President gives me Headache...lol
Our mumu don do o... Anybody that vote this man, Ajeku Iya nio je..
ReplyDeleteFayose either as president or vice president, kolewerk. It is impossible.
DeleteStella it gives me a migraine!
ReplyDeleteHe and Atiku are the biggest fools. Well I don't blame them though. Some people actually see these promiscuous shameless garrulous thieves as bold and intelligent. It makes me sick to think that Fayose can even think of running. Only in Naija.
Someone should kindly whisper to Fayose not to waste state money on any silly campaign.
DeleteNigerians will NEVER vote for him.
Our eyes don't clear
Besides, under which political platform is he using? Cos PDP has given him a stint worning to desist from any further campaign under the party.
I thought his party zoned presidency 2019 to the North. What is he doing again?
ReplyDeleteOf the sixteen years of the PDP's presidency the North enjoyed barely two years and we all know that. The most plausible calculation would be for the party to will its 2019 presidential ticket to the North in a bid to shore up support and win back control of the federal government.
ReplyDeleteFayose is aware of the above too so all this garagara he's doing is not really about 2019. Fisrtly, he's only making a mock appearance to build a structure on that level of politics preparatory to 2023 and that would be if and only if the PDP sidelines the SE once again in picking a flag bearer for its ticket. Secondly, the man knows what awaits him as soon as he's stripped of the immunity he presently enjoys. As such been a potential presidential flag bearer for his party gives him some sense of protection, buys him enough time to possibly exit the country before the heat subsides considerably. Who wants to get distracted by the sentiments that attacking a presidential hopeful would garner.
Na wetin me dey reason be that.
Your head dey there.
DeletePeter Fayose is jst trying to b smart by running for presidency, so dt he can escape frm EFCC. Mark my words, wen his tenure expires 2018 nd d EFCC coms afta him, he will start crying dt he's been victimised bcos of his political ambition by d APC. Dts his get-away plan for his several financial embezzlement frm d Ekiti state coffers.
ReplyDeleteRappakatakata and Fayose Olusegun both of you are very correct and Rappakatakata your analysis is very apt..South East should realize that they have lost their bid to contest for Presidency in this country, unless they learn to be involved in politics by building a formidable party they can call their own and demand for Government accountability..
