The mother said "These human beings going to Temple are called 'Hindus' and the people going to Church are called 'Christians' and the people going to Mosque are called 'Muslims'.
The baby pigeon asked, "Why is it so? When we were in the Temple we were called Pigeons,when we were in the church we were called Pigeons and when we were in the Mosque,we were called Pigeons.Similarly they should b called just 'Human beings' wherever they go"?
The mother Pigeon said,
'You and me and our Pigeon friends have experienced God and that's why we are living here in a highly elevated place peacefully.
These people are yet to experience God.
Hence they are living below us and fighting and killing each other when they are all human beings created by the same God whom they all claim to serve!
Perhaps there will be peace if they refer to themselves simply as Human beings instead of seeing themselves as Hindus,Christians or Muslims.

ReplyDeleteSo, i woke up to the battery of the remote of the car bad. So,no way to get into the car. Finally someone entered thru the booth and opened the door. Case closed abi?
Time to start car now, alarm started, it went on for a while then stopped. So i proceeded. On dropping my passenger, I Had to press the central lock so she goes out, dang!!! it started again and this time, wouldnt stop (the longest 5mins of my life) and this was in a highly security conscious area with lots of Soldiers and SSS around. For a moment, I ddnt even trust myself as being the owner of the car cos the looks i got were scary. I ddnt move oh, just stayed then finally, it stopped and i move😭😭😭
Chai, the awkwardness and embarrasment is best imagined. Thank God my sister was with me to help laugh it off and ease the situation cos ehn.....
My driving nko, i realized that a Pro can become a learner again... See how careful i started driving cos i was scared of getting the car upset. I couldnt even press horn 😂😂😂. Chai...

Isn't it better for those whatsapp groups to be closed?? The sole purpose of the groups have happened. It was a planning committee. Now all parties are done, why still keeping it? Tomorrow Stella will come and disassociate herself from lagos group or another group like she did with Abuja for reasons know to her. Since she has refused blog visitors who aren't in the groups to know what happened.

My daughter loves this movie so much. After the Barbie series, Frozen comes second. Just tell her to tell you about Elsa and Anna and you will hear a narration that will blow you away. She will gleefully tell you the story in her own version without a care in the world. lols....
I also love the movie, I've watched it several times and I still enjoyed it last night while watching again.
This little angel of mine triggered my love for Kiddies Animated movies but unfortunately, time would not allow me to watch more than just a handful.. did I love them? I enjoyed the ones I saw so much.... Ballerina, Frozen, Moana, Boss Baby, Barbie collection, etc..
Sometimes I wonder what it would have been like if she were a boy lols.. She is such a darling, as she grows, she intrigues me more...

Yesterday went for scan cos I was spotting light brownish blood,was discovered DAT my baby died at 7 wks cos of d malaria injection I was given in GPC Ubth
Tomorrow my baby would hv been 10,wks old,today is evacuation, what an irony of life
I'm bitter, I'm angry with God for allowing dis to befall me.
D tears won't stop flowing,
My spirit is broken,devastated

Goodmorning everyone and TGIF. @ chikito you replied my post on yesterday's chronicle. Yes, he will be a good lecturer but I don't think I have the resources to cater to that. My primary concerns are my 2 kids and myself. I was also a graduate without job but started with small businesses here and there just to fulfil my purpose in life and make sure my kids get all what they need. If he can hustle to raise funds for such course, I will give him moral support ( that's all I have to give him for now as I had invested in him before though not on the line you advised).I do 3 businesses and the money I get pays my bills and the very little I save will go for my masters next year. I'm trying by making the home a better place for him. I don't nag him again, I just do my thing and make myself happy.

So, our picture selection party last night.... hmm! It eventually came to what @lipstickalley said about telling 3rd babe the truth. But to be fair to her, she's had insecurities from her childhood. So it pops up at times like this and a few others (One of the girls have known her from childhood days). Well when she started crying we knew that it was quite hopeless. I don't know sha... some people are really broken. When we go to church and we pray for healing, many of us say 'I'm not sick so let the sick people go'. Because we dont bave any physical illness or infirmity. But i tell you, there's a lot of hurt within some people that could be worse than physical infirmity. At this point I'm hoping she's even getting married for the right reasons - not because it's an avenue to make her escape from some of her childhood limitations. Today, if you're someone who went through shit (any kind of shit cos its not only financial) growing up, and you dont look like it, act like it or let it define you; I want you to look at yourself in the mirror and say- I AM STRONG. Doesn't matter if you have muscles or not 😂😂 You are strong, resilient and have determined to shapen your life; not let life panel beat you. There are so many broken people and I pray God heals them, cos a man without a healthy spirit doesn't have a source to pour from.
