ReplyDeleteHowever some of them may also be hardened if they actually grew up on the streets.
But a poor kid raised decently within a family until is more likely to show empathy to pitiable circumstances.

After the training, instead of being stingy with money, i started spending more than I used to. So what is my training on financial matter. fact one, that's because poor people are generally more kind, compassionate and humane than rich people and they tryna imbibe that in their kids. Many studies have concluded that poor people are far more generous than rich people. A poor man with 2 naira can easily part with one naira to help another poor person, but the rich with a million is steady calculating and trying to double his money to be richer than Dangote. He hardly has time to teach his kids generosity and his kids don't know what lack means

They made up keep awake from 4am, said the military were shooting people in their sleep and burning down houses, dogs in the neighborhood were released everyone came out with whatever weapons they can lay their hands on and there was a burnfire. This is what we have been trying to avoid for so long. My heart goes out to those innocent people who will be affected in this needless trouble. Imagine the sick, elderly and children running helter skelter again. It will never be well with any ipob supporter. It's okay not to have quality education. But what about common sense? Is that also beyond their reach?? Anywhere the military goes, they never go back. Please leave aba for the time being. They won't leave that region until all traces of biafra are wiped out.
