Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN Tours and Commissions Projects in Edo State

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN today visited Edo State to commission projects that will advance President Buhari's economic plan. 








During his visit, the Vice President inspected and commissioned the ultra modern  3 Million ton capacity  BUA Cement Plant, located in Okpella, Benin City. He also commissioned the Edo State Fertilizer and Chemical Company plant. 

According to the Vice President  "there is no public resource that can match the investment of the private sector. There is no other way to grow this country without the active management of the private sector"


The Vice President was received by Governor of Edo State, Governor Godwin Obaseki, and accompanied by the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Dr. Okechukwu Enelamah and the Minister of Agriculture, Chief Audu Ogbeh

    1. The roads in Edo state are an apology. They are death traps and nothing is being done. They are horrible in the rainy season and barely manageable in the dry. But why should they care? Helicopters dey for them na.

  2. No wonder so much helicopter movement around the city center yesterday... But this reporter need to know that okpella is not in Benin City... It's a town of its own... Benin is just the state capital and not the whole of Edo State... It's almost a three hours drive from Benin.... But why didn't they allow oga VP to pass by road so he see the state of that auchi road especially ekpoma axis... Using choppers to avoid Wat d common man pass tru every single day
