    How do I build up my self esteem it's really killing me. I have got stretch marks due to sudden weight loss I experienced, but since then it's really killing me am not asking for how to clear it because it's nature's gift to me but how do I live with it, I have it on my arm, breast, back and thighs so it's so visible. It's killing my self esteem. I am so pretty facially and I have got a nice figure but this stretch is making me depress day by day.. I seems to be the one giving myself headache over it because my fiance doesn't even count it. But how do I overcome this burden of looking down in myself because of my skin blemishes

    Yesterday was really fun for me. My coursemates and I visited our newly married collegue. We had so much fun, i felt the chemistry, they were so much in love and couldnt even hide their PDA... I was so happy for her and about to tap into her marriage blessings, but then something happened... While we were watching the wedding video, the husband called her from the bedroom and i guess he asked her about something and she answered him jokingly.     Gone are the days when I could stay up all night and still jump out of bed all aglow after just an hour's nap.With Thirty's door wide open and beckoning me through,seems I need more sleep and pampering.I can barely move any part of me while laid flat on my back on the bed.I thought 30 was the new 20.I sure felt better than this at 19.

    I only binge( and not only on chocolates) during the weekends.I'm a perfect Pollyanna, boring workaholic goody-two-shoes during the week.I let the vices loose at weekends so the virtues can rest and recharge.

    I'm reading Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment.
