Wattpad is a good app, but it's for Amateurs mostly. Amateur writers and readers too. nice still, you might be lucky to get a really nice book there.
Iphie, here's your best best -'Good Reads' but it will still redirect you to Amazon. the app just helps you keep track of your bookshelf, just like a music library.
then there's also read.worldreader.org, this is free, but I just checked, couldn't get any of the Calder series, but there are free books of bestsellers there like Heather Graham's books and some others.

So one text or call for the person that invested in her 'precious business' is now such a Herculean task? Even if she's in a tight corner its important Stella knows about the break in communication, so that the helper doesn't feel used. There are some things we do that make good people shut the door on people in need. We really need to learn to manage relationships and not be so warped up in excuses. ReplyDeleteI almost didn't make it to church this morning, came back very late last night cos, I took my son to a birthday party that started almost 9.pm.
I woke at about 8:05am and the mass starts by 9:00am, but I quickly pushed myself, bathe my son, dressed him up and ran for a quick shower too. Dressed up, applied light makeup and we got to the house of God by 9:05am.
We were lucky and I enjoyed God's presence today, been having some difficult time but, God's grace is sufficient for me.
Do not let go because, God's grace and Mercy said no that he will never let you go.
Hold on to God, He's able.
Be careful though, do not allowed your sin to demand for justice for your soul.
Try and live a sin free life.

DeleteMy mother died four years ago,but before she died we had a misunderstanding and she seriously got me upset and i replied her in a rude manner and the last words she said to me was "your child will do worse to you" after that week she died,although she wasn't sick wen she died, till today my sister still taunts me with that saying I killed our mother and anytime I think about it and those words my mother said to me, I breakdown,I wished I never allowed my anger get the best part of me, I have cried and pleaded for her to forgive me wherever she is and I pray she has forgiven me and i hope those words don't come to pass in my life because anytime I think about it I always get scared of having my own kids,I just wish it never happened, I just wish her last words to me were blessings not curses.

DeleteTruly you did wrong by speaking rudely to her but you should have begged for forgiveness from her the next day, allowing it to extend that long is your major crime but what is done is done, you shouldn't dwell on the past, besides if she is truly your mum I am sure she reversed the curse immediately she said it (in her mind) just like my mum lol. So worry not please. You can also talk to God about it if you aren't convinced.
