I dont know how to describe yesterday...I had so much fun watching my boyfriend and his Classmates dance and sing ,some had already started crying becos after next Friday they will not see again or sit in the same Class cos they all have to go to different Secondary schools...Next Friday is the final Church service for graduation and that where all the little girls cry out their eyes and their parents cry along.......Mine has told not to bother cos boys dont have time for such..LOL
I talk bout my Boyfriends a lot cos I am so into Kids,so crazy about them but I just realised that kids get to a stage and want you to free them #painful.

I'm such a mess guys 🙈🙈🙈. So yesterday, I decided to take my wigs for washing and I was left with just one which was on my head. On reaching the salon, i decided to "relax" as lil sis was fixing hair so, I removed my wig. After we finished, time to go, i ddnt pay attention to the wig cos sometimes, it feels good to "rock" the conrows. Gist, gist and more gist..... On getting close home, I realized i had forgotten my only available wig at the salon. Couldnt turn back cos I had to pick someone and time was running and it was important i get home first. Picked the person, went to the mall.... It was too late to go to the salon. Now, I have an event a lil out of town so my plan was to leave by 7/8am cos i need to pick up something on my way and my salon opens 9am. Coming home, I noticed, conrows aint as sexy anymore and its "unrokable" and My hair is even too due to be parked. Chai.... Gotten too addicted to the wig life that I never realy thought of a plan B..... So, this is me, dressed, ready to move, just waiting for my stylist to call me that she's on her way cos I begged her to come early. Plans rudely changed *sigh*. Totaly going off my route but Good thing this is Abuja where you can Drive from point A to Z back to A in a flash Else, i would have been forced to Rok the Unrokable either the not so good conrows or the due hair or tie an uglyass scarf (not good with scarfs). I think I need to invest in turbans now..... But then, who Forgets her Wig for Goodness sake lol. You go out with hair on fleek and Return bald without noticing.... Lmao, 21st century woman life 🙈🙈🙈

I can totaly relate to boys wanting to grow up so fast. At a very young age, my lil bro wants to act like the older one Over me and my elder sis. He ha grown with that habit. Good side of it is that when we go out, its his atm that suffers (shey he wants to be older abi?). The way he gives my mom distance when we go out ehn cos my mom is the PDA kind of person And on his part, he has been allergic to her holding of hands sef for such a long time. I had some group of girls who did the same to me while I was in school, a family friend was even among them, we came to the school same day, but she later joined their clue. I don't look at their side at all, I'm independent and doesn't need anything from them. But at the end of every thing, they had a serious fight, chasing themselves with knives and threatening themselves with cultists. At the end, I became the champion that they later came to beg me and settle the grudges, I asked them what the problem was, but they couldn't give any genuine reason.

You should send them to camp sometimes, kids like camping, they make new friends and experience new things.
I'm not sure I'll be going for summer holidays, I'm surrounded by sea and beaches, it's like I'm holidaying already. I would have loved to travel to Florence with my lady friend, but, I'm just too busy this period. There's always a next time.

First I want to say to the person who said that old age is not a crime, I totally agree with you. I shouldn't have used that but I was really vexed. I want to live a very long life heck there is longevity in my family I guess due to their kindness my mom’s side that is. Zik of Africa said anyone that despises old age will never live to be old. Why then should I despise old age?
ReplyDeleteAn apple doesn't fall far from the tree you know. I am a very kind and helpful person even though I say so myself. I have had my own share of people using my head. If I say some, some people will cuss me out here but I had to caution myself. Now I know when to say yes and when to say no because it won't kill anybody. Why say yes and carry a heavy load heavy enough to break your neck.
What the woman did if it is good in the eyes of God then may my breakthrough as Eka put it tarry till when it suits the Lord. Not to brag but any one man business job interview I go for I always get but I have come to a stage where I can tell that a job won't give me joy and I decline the offer. I want stability and peace of mind even if the salary is not much. I am not at that desperate point yet. Hopefully I will never be though I wish I could help out a lot more. She took advantage of my mom’s kindheartedness because she knows my mom will be in a tight corner and not know what to say but it is all good. God should sha bless my mother.
People care about their immediate gain and don't think of other people. Its been years many waters have passed under the bridge for you to say you came to just eat, sleep, bath , lounge et al till the actual day of whatever your mission is with another adult in a struggling woman's house without prior notice or permission.

To the girl being laughed at, success! You need to succeed that will shut the fools up. Don't join another group hotter than them like someone said. That is like seeking validation elsewhere and you don't need that. Will you keep changing groups like that when your new group feel you are not up to their standard anymore? Maybe something you should do is when passing them and they laugh, walk a little past them, do a reverse and come back with a stern voice and say "girls you need to grow up" and leave immediately. I think that will shock them because they won't expect it from you. Don't struggle to outdo them say in your manner of dressing just be neat and manage what you have. My cousin was in Unilag and I went to visit her. First question I asked was "how do you cope?" You need to have seen those Unilag babes. What she told me was that she doesn't look at anybody. These days I bet some of those power dressers can't match her. Don't report to the HOD you are not in secondary school but don't get confrontational with them. Physically or verbally none whatsoever except for the one sentence up there. If your liver no carry am please forget it sef. Just pretend they don't exist. Some of these girls are witches with no home training they bring their frustrations with them from home to school and mask it with false confidence while bullying others their insecurities are there eating them away. Iranu! I wish someone had tried that with me but question is where would they have started from. 😂

I got to hear about you when you had a beef with one other blog(don't know if am permitted to write this)
I used to visit that blog then and I heard so many stories about you(kind of bullying story).
One day I decided that I wanted to even know who this Stella dimoko is,let me see her face. And then I googled her, when I saw the face, I felt" kai her face looks strong, she must be a very wicked person, she's not looking as cool as the other person, she must be troublesome "
Latter I decided " let even check that her blog self and see the stuffs she has there. I googled your blog Stella that was the end, I fell in love immediately, even with just seeing little stuff and then when I began to follow and I saw the real person you are,OMG, I fell and since then no going back. I wouldn't lie to you, I have nothing to gain from lying.
Since that time till date I never find the pleasure in visiting the other blog,it became boring to me,its over a year now and have been stocked to your blog.
This incident taught me 2 great lessons that has been guiding me, it has changed my orientation about people and it has helped my judgement and relationship with people.

*don't judge a book by its cover , I got the real meaning of this saying
Don't relate with people based on what you hear about them.
I was just reminiscing and just thought "wao! Its been over a year on SDK and each day comes with a lesson, experience and what have you.

ReplyDeleteAt an early age my father thought us that the only obligation we owe our fellow man is respect. He told us not to fear anybody but rather respect them, they are two different things. He taught us in both actions and word.
In pri4 i had my first taste of bullying but I stood my ground, I wasn't afraid. They tried everything yet I resisted them. Their leader was a girl called Queen and she was acting out her name, she will make them give up their lunch take their money and other stuff.all because they want to belong in her clique.
I had just one friend and we try hard not to get in their way, but they always come after us because we won't "bow" to her.
One day at our break period, my friend and I was playing suwe in our little corner oh when one of her subject walked up to us and said the queen commands that we give up our spot that she wants to use it.i told her to go back to her "Queen" and tell her to come and say it to my face herself, even though my heart was pounding like mad. My friend said I should take back my words and just give up the spot that we can find another but i refused. The Queen was mad, she came with her entourage, she ordered them to beat us up, I tried to fight them even though we were outnumbered. Then some pupil started calling the attention of a teacher in sight so we broke up the fight.I challenged her, called her a coward, I told her if she is not afraid she should come let's fight one on one not sending her goons.so it was agreed that it will be settled with a fight after school.as the coward that she truly was, she nominated someone else in her place.i beat the girl, that the scar I gave her stayed till we left PRI sch. The funny thing was that the queen was not there when her throne was taken. Before the fight started, her people came to pick her so it was the next day that she heard the news. After that day people stopped following her, she lost her respect she was human after all. I became the reigning belle the position I held till we graduated but my reign was fair at least I didn't go about collecting peoples lunch. she on the other hand became no one it was just one of the girls that stocked with her afterwards.
So, am telling you that the only way you can fight off those horrible feelings you have is to build your self confidence because the only one who can make you feel less about yourself is you.
No one here can help you if you don't know that about yourself.
